both me and azie went to Singapore Management University, yes SMU. i wrote that for the fun of it. we went there for a malay book launch. Kak ima, my cousin was one of the writers. yeah, dear Azie was making a big fuss about the MALAY book launch. haha, as usual, dear Azie prefers English to Malay. so yeah, after that, we walked to bugis.
Along the way, my dearest high-heeled sandals'(according to azie.but actually, it isnt that high) strap SNAPPED!! oh man, 1) its my mum's favourite pair. 2) i have no spare sandals. 3) im at RAFFLES CITY. i wouldnt mind if i was at some secluded park that wouldnt bring me to a busy road, or city, to be rather precise.
I thot walking barefooted was all bad, but it turned out quite fine. hmm, then i bought some handicraft pair of brown sandals for 8 bucks at The Edge. Azimah was being a sweet girl, as she always is, by helping me looking out for shoe shops, and tolerating my tears. thank you azie! And the tears had come when i was being stupid enough to call my darling mother, hoping to seek some encouragement, having to walk barefooted in the city, but instead, got an unexpected response. ok, details not provided.
we had Old Chang Kee, coupled with some short bitching session about life generally. And we were talking about valentine dates.
im dateless, but i shant complain. Sometimes, you just wish that you have that something. But when you think about it again and again, sometimes there are reasons why you dun have it in the first place. things happen the way it is meant to be..so if im meant to break up with you, just accept it, ok teddy?
